Lena Dianne Silva

Lena Dianne Silva, 64, of Kennasaw, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025, from a battle of health issues.

Lena was born on January 13, 1961, in Tampa, Florida as Lena Dianne Edenfield, she spent her teenage years and early adult years in Greensboro, Florida. Throughout her life she also lived in Immokalee, and Quincy, Florida, as well as Madrid, Alabama before settling in Kennasaw, Georgia, where she made her home for the last 12 years, as a retired secretary.

Lena was a woman of deep faith who loved life, family and the Lord. She lived each day to the fullest, cherishing time with family and friends. She especially loved being with her daughter and grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Her joys included : watching pro wrestling, football, puzzling ,coloring, sewing clothes for her dolls, shopping and trips to the casino.

She was preceded in death by her father, William D Edenfield;  her mother, Mary Louise Edenfield; her brothers, William Jay Edenfield , Raye Daniel Edenfield: her sisters: Julia Edenfield, Mary Frances Boyette, and Martha Sue James. Those left to cherish her memories are her Daughter, Diana Lara ( Juan) : grandchildren: Cataleya Lara, and Shamia Lara: all of Kennasaw, Georgia. She will also be remembered by her sisters Martha Louise Martinez, Ruby Jane Edenfield , and many Nephews, Nieces, grandnephews , grandnieces, and many friends.Lena"s legacy is one of love, laughter, and  faith. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

There will be a Celebration of life on September 20, 2025 at her daughter's home , 5500 Deerfield Places Kennasaw,Georgia 30144.
