Louie Emory Kelley was born on September 24, 1956, and passed away on December 28, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Travis Kelley; his mother, Willie Ester Bales Kelley; his sister, Lori Anne Kelley; and his brothers, Matthew Anson Kelley and Randy Travis Kelley. He is survived by his loving wife, Alice Bondurant Kelley of Hapeville; his three daughters, Sandon Adriana Dorsey (Charlie) of Newnan, Stephanie René Cogdill (Kenny) of Locust Grove, and Samantha Kelley Stout (Mike) of Hampton; and his ten cherished grandchildren, Chase, Davis, Gabbi, Kai, Ethan, Izzi, Joey, Kaisyn, Emory, and Adilynn. He is also survived by his brother, Jeffery Robert Kelley (Laura) of McDonough, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. Louie was a devoted family man who loved his family deeply. He had a special place in his heart for his dogs and found great joy in woodworking. He also enjoyed football, Go Dawgs, and could always be counted on to watch a game or talk highlights with anyone willing. Known as a kind and generous man, Louie was always willing to help others and was always good for a laugh. His warmth, humor, and steady presence touched many lives, and he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
