Max Daly, 39, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
In Loving Memory of Max Ron Lee Daly
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Max Ron Lee Daly. Max's life was marked by kindness, dedication, laughter, and the genuine connections he built with everyone fortunate enough to know him. Though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will be remembered for years to come.
Max found joy in many things, but few matched his passion for gaming. More than just a hobby, gaming gave him a community of friends from around the world who became like family. Whether he was competing, collaborating, or simply sharing laughs online, Max treasured the friendships and memories he created through his gaming community.
Professionally, Max took great pride in his work in the IT field and in his role as a Quality Assurance professional at CNN. He found fulfillment in solving problems, ensuring quality, and contributing to meaningful work. His dedication, intelligence, and strong work ethic earned the respect of his colleagues and those who had the privilege of working alongside him.
A devoted Atlanta sports fan, Max proudly supported the Falcons and cheered for Atlanta's teams through every victory and challenge. He also loved hooping, finding happiness on the basketball court, where his competitive spirit and love of the game shone through.
Above all else, Max cherished his family. He valued every opportunity to spend time with those he loved, creating memories that will forever be held close in their hearts. His warmth, humor, loyalty, and caring nature made him a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend.
Max is lovingly survived by his mother, Loureen Daly; his father, Emanuel Daly; his sister, Sueeaen Daly; his brothers, Louie Daly and Devon; his nephew, Jordan Daly; his niece, Alayah Daly; and countless extended family members and dear friends whose lives were made brighter by knowing him.
While our hearts are broken by his passing, we take comfort in remembering the joy, love, and laughter Max brought into our lives. His memory will live on in every game played with friends, every Atlanta team cheered on, every basketball shared among loved ones, and every story told about the remarkable person he was.
Max will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. Though we all wish we had been given more time with him, we are grateful for every moment we shared. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
